  • Now treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) is affordable to everyone.
Now treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) is affordable to everyone as the mainstream medical treatment is strengthened by a programme which has been tested for 24 years and proved successful. Simple practice of Shavasana and Meditation taught in the Programme empowers the practitioner to make life style changes. It gives inner strength to meet the stresses of daily existence. The Programme is called Universal Healing Programme (UHP) as it not only heals coronary heart disease but heals the whole individual.

Universal Healing Programme (UHP)

Integral Management of Coronary Artery Disease
Universal Healing Programme (UHP) combines scientific knowledge of mainstream allopathic medicine and ancient Indian practice of Yoga and Meditation. It is a powerful complimentary programme in management of Coronary Heart Disease. Inspired by the favorable results of Dr. Dean Ornish's programme, we launched a programme at Ahmedabad, India on October 2, 1991, the Gandhi Jayanti day.

Programme:

  • Diet Counseling
  • Moderate exercise like walking daily for 30 to 40 minutes
  • Stretching and relaxation exercises leading to progressive deep relaxation, i.e. Shavasana
  • Meditation and Visual Imagery
  • Group discussion with emphasis on sharing of feeling

Audios and Videos of Shavasana and Meditation and other publications of the author can be downloaded free.
